Founded by Pedro Fernández and Álvaro Checa, the firm aspires to become a national benchmark in advising high net worth individuals, combining its extensive experience in international taxation with the legal approach of the Anglo-American and Central European Wealth Law industry.

The firm is based in Madrid, specifically at 27 Genova, a move recently managed by Lassen Global, and has a second office in the prestigious Sierra Blanca neighbourhood of Marbella.

“In my 30 years of experience I have had the opportunity to see how services related to estate planning structures, including succession to the next generation (estate planning), have specialised to become a highly developed industry in other jurisdictions,” says Pedro Fernández, co-founder and Managing Partner of the new firm. “Our international experience in these regulatory and tax environments puts us in an excellent position to serve our clients,” he says.

Pedro Fernández has been recognised in prestigious directories such as “Private Client Global Elite”, belonging to the prestigious British publication Legal Week, as well as in “Who’s Who Private Client” by Thought Leaders.

“For this global approach, we also have an extensive network of foreign advisors on which we rely when our clients require specialised advice outside our jurisdiction,” adds Álvaro Checa, co-founder of the firm.
